The Certificate of Inclusive Leadership, PRO’s flagship program, is foundational to our members’ commitment to building a stronger, healthier, and fairer professional sports industry. This program empowers participants to actively engage with their organization’s talent inclusion and retention initiatives, becoming exceptional leaders equipped to discuss and address issues of equity, racism, prejudice, diversity, and inclusion.
