Pro Sports Assembly provides professional sports’ next generation of top leaders and problem-solvers the opportunity to refine and hone their leadership skills while building relationships across the professional disciplines, geographies, and structures from which they come (team, league, union, venue, former player).

Inclusive Leadership presented by 
The Inclusive Leadership program is entering it's seventh Cohort and is foundational to PRO members’ Game Plan for Leadership Excellence and commitment to building a strong, healthy, and fair professional sports industry. This program empowers participants to actively engage with their organization’s talent inclusion and retention initiatives, becoming exceptional leaders equipped to discuss and address issues of equity, racism, prejudice, diversity, and inclusion.
